Ted Wolfstich founded Wolfstich Capital Management, LLC in 2007 guided by a deeply held conviction that financial planning should always be about the client and not a product or a sales pitch. Our goal is to provide client-centered financial planning and investment management services to individuals, couples and families. Integrity is our guiding principal; therefore, we always fully disclose our fees and avoid any conflict of interest when making investment and financial planning recommendations. Our approach involves a very high level of service, including regular communication with clients via phone, in person meetings and e-mail regarding investment decisions, major events in the markets and financial planning issues. Typically, we meet in person with local clients twice a year and we conduct updates four times a year via phone and e-mail. Our clients never hesitate to contact us in regard to their concerns about the markets, their financial situation, their investment portfolio or their financial plan.
Before founding Wolfstich Capital, Ted worked for ten years at Charles Schwab and Co. His client relationships included assessing investment needs, investing client assets and helping clients to execute financial plans. He has been actively involved in the financial services field since 1996 assisting high net worth and other individuals with their investment and financial planning needs.
As a Registered Investment Advisor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, we have a fiduciary obligation to act in our clients best interest. Not only are we held to the highest ethical standards in the industry but we also are required to put investor interests ahead of our own. We have to act fairly and diligently, with integrity and with services that are objective and based on your needs.
In reality, only a small proportion of financial advisors are Registered Investment Advisors. Most of the financial advisors are actually referred to as Broker-Dealers by the SEC and are held to a lower standard of suitability.
Ted is a highly credentialed independent financial planner and investment advisor, he holds a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Chartered Financial Consultant®, Chartered Life Underwriter® and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). He lives in Medfield with his wife Christina and their daughters Charlotte and Alexandra.
